Improve kitspace logos and explanation #363

Hey, as requested in #346.

I was a bit confused by:

~~1. docs/block_diag.svg does not match docs/block_diag.png, I just edited the png instead~~ EDIT: never mind, was just confused because of the SVG viewport.

There was a block_diag.png and a docs/block_diag.png, I deleted the first one and changed the link in the readme, not sure if there are any issues with this.
