Improve the selection of cut-tape parts over reels for DigiKey #385

The suffix 'DKR-ND' in the part number from DigiKey covers only some of the reel components (resistors, capacitors, ...). Others have '-6-ND' at the end of the number and the cut-tape counterparts are '-1-ND'.
