lxml is not a real dependency. #438

From what I see this module is used by beautifulsoup4, but not directly from KiCost. Not a big problem, but could be a problem in the future.

This I have to check. beautifulsoup may use this as internal motor when passed such argument. But this may be some legacy when KiCost was a scrap tool.
