Remove Kitspace Partinfo #545

Hey, Octopart has shut down the API and I don't think we can move a service like Partinfo to Nexar.

I had a go but I am not familiar enough with KiCost to update the tests.

Hi @kasbah !

Is very sad that we can't find an alternative solution for KitSpace.

The changes are that simple, most of the regression tests uses the KitSpace queries as data source, removing it means they won't work. Let me see what can I do.

Hi @kasbah ! I manually merged the patches, didn't fully remove KitSpace API so the tests can run, but is disabled by default. Also made the warnings about needed APIs tokens visible in the GUI. Not sure why GitHub didn't realize the patch was from this PR. But if you look at the commits you'll see your patches are there.
