Hi! I try to install this software by the follow steps: git clone https://github.com/hillerlab/GenomeAlignmentTools.git cd GenomeAlignmentTools/kent/src make I meet some errors like this:

could you help to solve this problem?

Hmm, not sure what the problem is as we don't get this compile error. There is likely another kent src installed in the system?

As a workaround, can you try to use https://github.com/hillerlab/make_lastz_chains which integrates these tools all in a pipeline?
