Enhancement request : stream screen content in addition to cameras #115

This is an enhancement suggestion.

I think it would be excellent and very usefull to add as an addtionnal video 
source : the device screen content (image capture / grab) in addition to 
cameras.

What do you think?

Considering what I believe is done inside encodeWithMediaCodec(), wouldn't it 
"just" be the matter of getting the frames from "su /system/bin/screencap" 
instead of Camera.onPreviewFrame ?
