I have used a simple H as the icon in the past. Can we do better?

Labelled as a bug because most browsers ask for a favicon even if not indicated in the HTML.

Include in the HTML head element an explicit path to the favicon. (Default is the site root, but we might prefer it in the img folder, where we might hold multiple versions, for different sizes, OSs, etc.)

We have had a favicon for some time now, so closing this issue.

Re-ope it if you want a different icon!
