Now: 1) Reads per barcode... numerically and graphically 2) Unmatched reads 3) Cut site reporting (histogram/heatmap of next 5mers...kmers optional k?) 4) Edit distance maybe?

Implemented Barcode counting and cutsite reporting. Non graphical, just numbers for now.

Only counting barcodes for R1... also the code only makes decisions on R1... is this a problem?
