Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn - Game Disc Could Not Be Read

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn (USA) using UNEEK + DI.
2. Reach Chapter 6 or use the attached game save.
3. Start the Chapter and witness the error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the Chapter plays flawlessly like the previous Chapters. 
However, this is what I see instead.

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)? I am using the latest revision, rev 153 with UNEEK + DI.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think this problem may have to do with the Chapter having multiple stages 
since the previous Chapters didn't have multiple stages yet played flawlessly.

Use DiscEX 0.8 to install the game and it should work!
