disc error? what the? #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start sneek+DI
2.Press a on health screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the system menu to load, but instead, it says "an error has occured, 
please eject the disc and shut the system down..."

What revision are you using? With what configuration
sneek+DI r140. compiled it myself. ive tried with 4.3 and 4.2 nands. ive 
reinstalled conmpletely 5 times. i uncommented the two lines in ES_LaunchTitle 
for dios mios to work. I have visual c++ redistirbutable, slik svn, newest 
version of devkitpro, and python31 installed.

Please provide any additional information below.
 i get some warnings when compiling, is that normal?

im an idiot? cool:P sorry for whatever i did wrong. btw: blue light flashes 
once, and sometmes i also get system menu files are corrupted
