Not possible to add Steiner points in JavaScript version #67

Hello,

it is not possible to add Steiner points in JavaScript version (latest version 
from repo).
There is js.poly2tri.SweepContext.prototype.AddHole()
but there is no AddPoint() , like in the C++ version.
