Add ProxyMan in AUR repository #82

First of all I want to thank you for making ProxyMan. It would be perfect if ProxyMan could be installed directly from the Arch Linux AUR repository. Thank you.

I added it in AUR repo (proxyman-git), this is my first AUR package, so il there is any problem, please tell me.

Currently, I am using it, I have seen no problem for now. I think we can close this issue.
