Resurrect Iterators.limit()/skip() #192

As mentioned in the mailing list - lets get limit()/skip() functionality back 
for 
Iterators class.

(Also, could you add a 1.0 milestone so us common folk can track which 
bugs remain to be fixed?  Thanks!)

There is a "1.0" tag in the issues db.  I'm adding it to this now.

aha..  1.0 tag is not obvious and can be mucked about by any user.  I recommend 
a 1.0 
milestone.

This issue has been moved to the Guava project (keeping the same id number). 
Simply replace 'google-collections' with 'guava-libraries' in your address 
bar and it should take you there.
