Problem This feature creates the Database tables AND the queries needed to access those data tables. Going to use Postgres.

Status

[ ] create db tables for: goal
[ ] db table: task
[ ] db table: player
[ ] db table: fun card
[ ] query: given goal, give me all tasks
[ ] query: given player, give me all goals
[ ] query: given player, give me all tasks
[ ] query: add a goal for a player
[ ] query: add a task for a goal
[ ] query: update the total points for a player
[ ] query: update total points for a goal
[ ] query: delete task
[ ] query: delete goal
[ ] doctype explanation of all methods
[ ] no erronous spacing
[ ] optimal runtime especially for database queries
[ ] linters
[ ] constraints should exist
[ ] erronous input should be handled
[ ] tests
[ ] CR (mark as code review. Then go through diff and mark it up.)
