Scene 1: The Overwhelmed Manager Slide Title: "The Roster Juggle: A Manager’s Daily Workout"

Problem:

Visual: A simple illustration of a manager at a desk with multiple Excel sheets scattered around. The manager looks frazzled. Callout 1: "Manually managing group rosters in Excel." Voiceover: "Meet our manager, who's got a new workout routine: juggling Excel sheets. Every day, it’s the same old dance—adding members to groups, double-checking everything, and manually assigning transactions. Who needs a gym membership when you’ve got Excel, right?" Callout 2: "Prone to errors—Bob just got moved to the wrong department!" Voiceover: "But here's the kicker: one wrong click, and suddenly, Bob from accounting is part of the marketing team. Talk about a career change!" Callout 3: "Time-consuming and stressful." Voiceover: "It’s a time-consuming and stressful process, leaving our manager with little energy for anything else." Solution:

Visual: The Excel sheets transform into a sleek, organized interface. The manager is now smiling and relaxed. Callout 1: "Automated roster management—no more mistakes." Voiceover: "So, we thought, why not give our manager a break? Enter our tool, where team rosters are managed with a click, and changes are automatically audited. No more accidental career swaps!" Callout 2: "Transactions auto-assigned based on rules." Voiceover: "And as for those transactions? We’ve onboarded all the rules, so they’re automatically assigned to the right group." Callout 3: "Manager's stress levels: back to normal." Voiceover: "Our manager can finally sip that coffee in peace." Scene 2: The Transaction Puzzle Slide Title: "The Mystery of the Disappearing Time"

Problem:

Visual: A simple illustration of a puzzled manager surrounded by scattered transaction documents. Callout 1: "No visibility into related transactions." Voiceover: "Now, imagine our manager as a detective, trying to piece together related transactions. But wait, what’s this? Some pieces are with Alice, some with Bob, and some are…missing?" Callout 2: "Duplicate efforts as transactions are split." Voiceover: "Team members end up duplicating efforts because related transactions are split among them." Callout 3: "Time wasted on unnecessary work." Voiceover: "Time flies when you’re solving puzzles, but unfortunately, not in a good way. Too much time is wasted on unnecessary work." Solution:

Visual: The scattered documents magically group together into a single stack, ready to be assigned to one person. Callout 1: "Related transactions grouped together." Voiceover: "Time to crack the case! With our solution, related transactions are automatically grouped together, like magic." Callout 2: "Efficient assignment to a single person." Voiceover: "Now, they can be assigned to one person, saving time for everyone." Callout 3: "Time saved for everyone!" Voiceover: "Our manager might just trade in that detective hat for a nice sun hat." Scene 3: The Invisible Queue Slide Title: "Where’s Waldo? The Transaction Edition"

Problem:

Visual: A simple illustration of a manager searching for transactions with a magnifying glass, surrounded by a chaotic pile of papers. Callout 1: "No clear view of where transactions are stuck." Voiceover: "Remember playing 'Where’s Waldo?' as a kid? Fun, right? Well, not so much when you’re the manager trying to figure out where transactions are stuck." Callout 2: "Difficulty tracking team's productivity." Voiceover: "And what about the team's productivity? No easy way to track that either. It’s like trying to find Waldo…without your glasses." Callout 3: "Frustration levels: high." Voiceover: "Frustration levels are through the roof." Solution:

Visual: The magnifying glass turns into a spotlight, revealing an organized aging report and productivity dashboard. Callout 1: "Aging report shows transaction delays." Voiceover: "But fear not! We’ve created an aging report that shows exactly where transactions are hiding—oops, I mean, where they’re stuck." Callout 2: "Productivity metrics at a glance." Voiceover: "Plus, we’ve got a shiny new dashboard for team productivity." Callout 3: "Manager can finally relax." Voiceover: "Now our manager can find Waldo—or any transaction—in seconds." Closing Slide: The Happy Manager

Visual: The manager is now sitting relaxed on a beach, with a laptop showing your tool's interface in the background.

Callout: "Your next vacation is just one solution away!"

Voiceover: "With our tech solution, managing rosters, grouping transactions, and tracking productivity has never been easier. And our manager? Well, they’re finally getting that well-deserved break. Want to join them? Let’s talk!"

Most of the days feels like a repetitive routine—adding members to groups, double-checking everything, and manually assigning transactions.
