change ux of translation feature: all language tabs always open, "request new auto-translation" button for each language #36

The standard and only view should be the tabbed view, that shows currently, when the button "translate_manual" was pressed.

In this tabbed view, provide a button "get-autotranslation" in each tab.

If this button is pressed, show a warning: "All text in your current language will be overwritten, do you want to proceed?" [yes | no]

Only if the user presses "yes" get an auto-translation via bing-translate. Source should be english, german, french, arab (in this order, jump to the next language if not all fields are filled or source and target language are the same)

@datenarbeit clear like this? Seem like a smaller change for me!
