Ubuntu PPA #182

Himmelblau is exactly what I've been always dreaming of having to use Entra ID accounts instead of locally maintained system users for SSH access. I'd love to use it on our Ubuntu servers, but I cannot find the PPA the Debian packages are uploaded to. From the looks of the GitHub Actions, the package is fully built and published, yet not public.

Is this intentional? Can we help somehow?

I'd love for help. I thought I published it, but there were some errors I don't understand on launchpad. My main issue is simply a lack of understanding of the Ubuntu/Debian build and package distribution system.

The current work was actually done by @karlholmberg. He did a lot to get this going.

Looks like maybe it's complaining that the version of rust is too old. I'm not sure how to fix that.
