Use SSSD idmapping #71

Use SSSDs ID mapping to ensure consistency. No reason to be re-inventing the wheel here.

WARNING: This will be a breaking change and not backwards compatible with Himmelblau 0.1.x!

Configuring Himmelblau to use SSSD idmapping should be optional.
