Chromevox does not switch to non-English voices on Mac OS #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install one of the non-English voices that come with Mac OS (from the 
VoiceOver Control panel).
2. Open Chrome with Chromevox loaded.
3. Press CVox+o followed by letter O to reach Chromevox Options dialog.
4. Tab to the "voice selection" dropdown and select the non-English voice you 
just installed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chromevox does not switch to the new voice but instad remains on the 
currently-active English voice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromevox 1.31.0 on Mac OS 10.8.

Please provide any additional information below.
Chromevox switches with no problems between English voices.
