Navigating out of a table that has an article element as a parent causes loss of position #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigation to http://jsbin.com/welcome/60128
2. Navigate to the table using ChromeVox at Object Level
3. Try to exit the table by pressing ChromeVox + Down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that the paragraph tag after the table is focused
Instead, the article element now has focus, and content past this point 
difficult to now access.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 25.0.1343.1 canary
ChromeVox 1.23.0
Mac OSX 10.7.4
