Customize highlight colors #23

Running and auto-start services can be highlighted. It would be nice to have an option to configure the highlight style.

We might allow configuration of font style (bold, italic, strikeout), color and background color.

We might let the user configure the highlight for any start mode and any state, while we're at it.

Done. Styles for service types, start modes, and states can be customized. The resulting style is merged of the customizations in a particular order. Everything is saved in the registry.
