Popup hint should only pop up when we hover over kanji/words. Instead, currently it
pops up even when hovering over empty space (hint is displayed for the first kanji
in line then).

Reopening because of @r416 hint still pops up when hovering over empty space beyond
the end of the line, if that logical line occupies more than one graphical line,
