Explicit ruby is not saved in Wakan format #129

Wakan text format, available from before and these times used also for Wakan-to-Wakan
clipboard copying, supports only dictionary reference type of annotations (dic idx
+ dic record no).

There's no place in format to store explicit ruby (string) and it's settings.

Text with explicit ruby saved to Wakan Text Format or copied to another Wakan will
lose those (while keeping annotations from dictionaries).

Format has to be expanded to support explicit ruby as well as transparent further improvements,
while keeping backward compability. Best of all, I'd like Wakan to be able to both
read and write older format, but at least we need reading.

Fixed by saving the explicit ruby in Aozora-ruby format (as with texts). This preserves
compability with older wakans too.

Copypasting between wakans now preserves this ruby too.
