Mouse-select-scrolling works only in one direction #154

Open Editor, load long text. Click anywhere and drag down below the editor box border:
the text auto-scrolls down, selecting all the text there is.

Drag up and it doesn't autoscroll up.

Done in @r515, but introduced other bugs with cursor/scrollbar when resizing the paintbox.
