Ctrl-X is not immediately visible in the editor #211

@r730. Type で. Select で and press Ctrl-X. で stays selected and visible until you click
anywhere in the editor.

Fixed @r736: Was not calling RefreshLines when the cut was contained in a single line.
Not sure if that was ever a good idea because a cut can still trigger reflow (e.g.
this paragraph now contains 3 lines instead of 4 due to text shrinking). And anyway,
text was not being redrawn this way, and if I did ShowText(), it was but in a strange
fashion, so... PasteText does RefreshLines too. Let's not try to be smart here.
