Save character detail configuration to common config #257

Up to 1.87 Wakan saved character details configuration (what info to show where) to
a special file Wakan.cdt. There was no reason for a special treatment.

Now Wakan saves that configuration to a section in a common config, be it registry
or ini file. If wakan.cdt is found, it's still loaded, and if present when saving,
it's deleted after making sure settings have been written to registry/ini.
