Screen Popup Tool is broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just select/activate screen popup tool
2. I started Wakan went to user vocab first and then tried to do this

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

AV gets triggered: generates 5-6 AV error boxes that multiply further when you try
to click them away.

AV at address 006E0919 in module wakan.exe. Write of address 00000000.

On that note: I don't know If you, himselfv, have been investing time into the screen
popup tool. it has never worked in 1.67, IIRC. If you have not invested time in it
and (maybe) have no plans for it, could we remove it instead? Its functions are pretty
much superseded by more convenient and specialized tools like Rikaichan for Firefox
and Thunderbird and of course you have turned Wakan itself into kind of a rapid all-purpose
popup-tool, by speeding it up and enabling one to lookup translations rapidly by searching
via contents of the clipboard.

Putting this one up on the priority, unlike the last one, this one generates endless
error boxes, locking up the program and making it necessary to kill it externally (which
could mean lost data).

Yep, haven't touched screen popup tool since I inherited Wakan. It pretty much doesn't
work. It uses wakanh.dll for which there are no sources (original sources were lost).

I hoped to get to it someday, but that wouldn't be soon. Hid the button in #1556882d130d
