Updating Components broken on Win 10 #284

Hello,

using the anniversary update of Win 10. Wakan works as expected, but when I try to update component it will give me an AV error and afterwards only offer to download the Edict2 dictionary, nothing else.

Confirmed and fixed in 1.95.
