See Issue 71. There's new data in RADKFILE now and RADKFILE2 available for adding too.
Build new wakan.rad and include it into wakan distribution.

Done @r217. After I'm done with Issue 71 and after I test it, I'll include new wakan.rad
containing RADKFILE2 in future distributions.

Update: It is impossible to use RADKFILE2 as of now, see Issue 71 for details.
