Hi,

Adds my plugin postcss-insert to the list of plugins. Hope I did everything right.

Hey @JoeCianflone: just a heads up that you shouldn't be generating changes to the package-lock.json (and you shouldn't commit them here). Not sure how those got in there 🙃

It's fine for this one time, because I am just going to re-generate the lockfile upstream, but please remember this in the future! Thanks for adding this plugin! 👍
