Tests + Fixtures not being ignored in NPM #10

Noticed that __tests__ and __fixtures__ are still being installed with this package :\

Still exists in v1.2.0 😕

Finally fixed by https://github.com/himynameisdave/svelte-frappe-charts/commit/3686a269c3807960259f1a867463e74cec3b4d92.

Fix published in v1.2.2.

Frig off, .npmignore!
