Add a limit to the duration of the S.U.P.E.R.

While using the S.U.P.E.R. track how much time is spent using it and subtract it from a pool of 10 seconds

I would say whatever time doesn't get affected by the slow down

as in, we count the "real" time? I would go with counting "real" time

The resource bar should stick to the right of the screen no matter the screen ratio/size
