Add an animation to indicate the activation of the S.U.P.E.R.

The character will be vulnerable and still for a period of time before entering the S.U.P.E.R.

Will the world around him move at normal speed or at slow motion speed?
How much time lasts the S.U.P.E.R. activation?

During activation both things can be tried out (having real time vs Slow time), make it a boolean and easy to turn on and off so we can test. Same thing with super activation, just make it easy to test different values. Let's try an arbitrary 1 sec time at first.
