目录能不能单独生成呢 #459

想实现一个想掘金那样，左侧文章，右侧目录，有什么方法吗

可以看看他的源码的getNavigation方法，可以得到节点然后自己渲染

我这个还没部署到线上，你可以glone下来跑跑看，一直没处理了，是按掘金的目录来的
