Make front end

OpenMirage requires a front end that follows a done wireframe. I want the front end to have the following features :

• The window which holds the cards can be adjusted to determine how many cards it may hold on each row
• Each card can be moved around
• Each card can be told to either shrink down to a certain specification, or take up an entire row
• Each card can be deleted after a confirmation prompt for the user
• Each card can have it's metadata collapsed

As a user, I want to be able to adjust how many cards the screen can hold on one row, so I can adjust it based on what kind of content is rendering on the screen

As a user, I want to be able to shrink down cards that I don't need access to in the moment and pull up the more important ones to take up an entire row, so I can better understand what to look at and be less overwhelmed

As a user, I want to be able to delete cards I don't need any more, so I'm less distracted and overwhelmed

As a user, I want to be able to collapse the metadata on a card, so I don't have to see unnecessary details
