• [x] put all property files into zip that is stored in TE management db for pre-processing jobs
• [x] make language nlp configuration selectable in creator

This issue gets a short-time solution using multiple creator-instances in the docker-container and a long term solution that separates NLP preprocessing from TopicExplorer initialization.
