Hard to see current state in long trajectories (interactive explorer) #28

The removal of complete fading of trajectories has made it hard to see where the state of the system is when a long trace is present. One currently has to clear the trace to be able to see the current state in the phase portrait; adding a dot at the current state would make this easier to deal with.

The shorter traces have drastically improved this issue. Closing.
