Application does not allow adding of project without url resources #1

This makes it inconvenient as a user may want to add a project name to the list before starting the project, and they might not be any links for the project yet.

Maybe change it such that it is possible to add projects without having to input any urls.

It was not intended for TraceYourProj to be able to add an empty project with no resources

Reason for disagreement: As the main features of TraceYourProj is to be able to add projects, shouldnt it be possible to add projects with no resources such that resources can be added in later in the future?
