Update Alpine Base image to 3.13 #136

Hello, My team at Personio have been tracking down CVEs recently and many of them have now been fixed upstream in the latest version of Alpine 3.13. However we are still seeing vulnerabilities stemming from our usage of hipages/php-fpm_exporter since the latest version of this image (2.0.1) still runs alpine 3.12.

I believe all we need todo is bump the version number, I've gone ahead and created a very small pull request for this: https://github.com/hipages/php-fpm_exporter/pull/135

Now that the change is merged can we have a release cut please?

As per https://github.com/hipages/php-fpm_exporter/pull/135#issuecomment-836657354 the change should be available in 2.0.2, so this ticket can be closed?
