RFE/Question: Using a histogram/summary for `phpfpm_process_request_duration` #77

Right now, the above metric is a gauge, which means we cannot do percentile calculations (among others). Was there a reason for this decision?

@amitsaha I agree with you that a histogram would make more sense.
