Several pipes have been written for manuscripts/examples, and including in CTAP along with example data. Suggest to host a library of pipes, plus any required data, on a permanent repository such as FigShare.
Users of CTAP who wish to follow a prior example can download the pipe code and data into their CTAP repo.
Such a repo allows to organise each pipe with a landing page to describe it, since now they are a bit hidden /scattered.
Remove dependence on LFS. Using LFS to keep datafiles in CTAP seemed like a good idea, but introduces headaches setting up git on new machines.
