Integrate or support ICLabel tool? #32

The ICLabel tool, website and database is made by EEGLAB creators at UCSD

This seems to be the best resource I've seen yet for helping to classify bad ICs. Can it be integrated to the CTAP paradigm?

If so, integrate it!
