Remember the latest chosen city. #55

If a user chooses a particular city, Hive should remember it the next time user starts the app. Or much better, open the current location on the map.

Agree. Although we said that persistency was not going to be part of the first prototype so I just added this to the alpha project since it should definitely be there before we go public

this is already implemented in the reagent branch :)
