HS Redesign - Map focused HS.

New map focused HS.

Assumptions: This portion of the redesign completely replaces the current HS and Explore Nearby.

Requirements:

• [x] Map is moveable
• [x] However, map should not rotate
• [x] Presence Header is always visible when HS initially loads, though it may be disabled if a user hasn't given "always on" location permissions. - https://zpl.io/b6yRGGR (Eric edit: The header is covered more specifically in https://github.com/hippware/rn-chat/issues/2468)
• [x] HS should focus on "current location" which is represented as the "YOU pin."
• [x] Pins increase in size when tapped/selected... with the exception of the YOU pin, which is always a larger size. https://zpl.io/blm4w6k (Eric edit see https://github.com/hippware/rn-chat/issues/2477)
• [x] HS should have 4 CTA buttons on the right side "hamburger, home (current location), discover and create location CTA's. (Eric edit: functionality of these CTAs to be covered in other tickets e.g. https://github.com/hippware/rn-chat/issues/2472)
• [x] Location pins that the user has created or saved could be present on the HS if they are present in the current view. (Eric edit: see https://github.com/hippware/rn-chat/issues/2478)
• [x] When a user taps on a "mode" CTA (home mode or discover mode), that CTA should highlight as white.
• [x] Location cards at the bottom are swipeable left/right.

Beng's estimate: 13 ish ...

... because (in my mind) this is the baseline/foundational functionality. In my mind, it includes, by default, everything else that isn't in a separate ticket.

My estimate is 8. Maybe it could be split into smaller tickets - location cards, new pins, etc. Btw, Eric already did good progress on it.

Yeah, @thescurry is feverishly working on the more specific tickets that Pavel mentioned above. For dev and QA purposes (cc @mstidham) I think we consider this ticket done if the UI elements show up in the correct places on the homescreen (I expect to be done with this part today) and we use other tickets for details about functionality.

Yeah, if we spin some more functionality out into sub-tickets, then my estimate of 13 should be reduced.

I think ... the consensus is that we are going to spin out, so I'll revise my estimate to 8.
