Battery Gadget: Option to disable mouseover? #24

Most other gadgets don't do anything on mouseover, of if they do, it can be disabled. Can't disable this one.

I do not consider this as annoying. You can see the battery level from bevel meter. If you wanna see bigger text, just click on gadget. The popup will appear. Anyway, of course, hiding check button is possible to add.
