On a project created July 22 (relatively recently), I try to edit the project in AA and get: No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /home/saracarl/dev/clients/AudiAnnotate/audiannotate/AudiAnnotateWeb/tmp/saracarl/iiif-manifest-test/_data/navigation.yml from app/models/project.rb:139:in `read'

[x] missing the index terms on the left side nav
[x] click index terms doesn't take you to the index term
[x] index term pages are't being created
