IIIF manifest ingest issue (Vera)

Describe the bug Vera is having an issue importing the manifests from the Radio Venceremos collection that her and Tanya are working on. I've tried multiple manifests or her, and the audio never loads in AA. It just spins as if it is loading. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to import manifest
2. Paste manifest
3. Navigate to AA page
4. See error

Expected behavior The audio loads and is playable
