Index has ghost items and separates on any punctuation #271

Index on new project has some weirdness: https://tanyaclement.github.io/Harvard-1953/term_index

  1. Index items that are not in the current file still appear.
  2. It is separating terms on apostrophes (O'Connor) and on periods (W.M. Frohock) -- note: W.M. Frohock isn't in this file! 10_tape01.xlsx
