Error for Excel doc with space between annotations #278

Describe the bug Tanya asked me in our meeting to send this issue over. When uploading an Excel doc with annotations, an error message is received when there is a space between columns. Note in column 5 there is no info, and the below error message is received.

Tanya asked that there be a formatting error in AA and not a general GitHub error message. See notes in "AWE Meeting Agenda" for more information.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to add annotations
  2. Click on add
  3. Configure all columns
  4. Process
  5. See error
