Annotations on Video Not Fully Displaying in Aviary

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any video project
2. Switch to Aviary from Universal Viewer
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the annotations
4. Some annotations cut off

Expected behavior Annotations display fully
